Ingredients
For Fried Noodles
2 Cups Boiled Noodles
½ Cup Refined Flour
Oil, for deep frying
For Assembling
½ Cup Green Capsicum, julienne
½ Cup Carrot, julienne
1Cup Cabbage, shredded
¼ Cup Chilli Garlic Sauce
1 tbsp green chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
½ tsp chaat masala
Some lemon juice - optional
¼ Cup Spring Onion, chopped for garnish
Method
Step 1 - Take boiled noodles in a mixing bowl and add refined flour, toss everything well.
Step 2 - Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the noodles on medium high flame till golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper and drain off the excess oil.
Step 3 - For assembling combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 4 - Now add fried noodles and toss everything well.
Step 5 - Remove on serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
Serve immediately.
