Burnt Chilli Oil Noodles


150g Noodles/ Wheat noodles

1 tbs Burnt chilli Oil

2 garlic cloves chopped

1 spring onion

Salt to taste

Pinch crushed red pepper

1 tbs vegetable oil

1 tsp black Vinegar

½ tsp pepper powder

1 tbs light soy sauce

½ tbs dark soy sauce

1 tbs peanut butter sauce


Step 1 – In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook noodles according to the package’s directions.

Step 2 – Mix flavouring ingredients in a bowl (sauces, spices, salt) Add hot boiled noodles water and whisk nicely to combine, set aside.

Step 3 – In a small sauce pot, heat the oil until it’s hot.

Step 4 – Pour the hot oil over the sauce ingredients and allow it to sizzle.

Step 5 – Add hot boiled noodles, add on ingredients, and toss in the Burnt chilli Oil. Finish with spring onion on top, Enjoy immediately
