Mixed Vegetables with Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

50 gms black pepper sauce

5 gms Vegetable Oil

6 cloves garlic

1 Green chilli chopped

1 onion cube cut

100 gms zucchini

50 gms yellow bell pepper

50 gms Red bell pepper

100 gms broccoli

50 gms carrot

Salt to taste

2 tsp sugar

200 ml water

2 tbsp Corn flour

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Step – 1 Cut the veggies and chops the garlic and chillies and keeps them aside.

Step – 2 Add some oil to a pan and add the chopped garlic and chillies and sauté them for 20 seconds. Now add all the other chopped vegetables and cook them for 1 minute on high heat.

Step – 3 add the broccoli and carrots, sauté for 3 minutes

Step – 4 add in other veggies, sauté it for 2 minutes

Step – 5 Add Black pepper sauce, soy sauce and water

Step – 6 Add sugar and salt if needed – be careful as the sauce has salt

Step – 7 Add in corn flour slurry to the boiling sauce, mix and cook till sauce thickens

Step – 8 Turn the flame off, garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
